CK11N - ABAP dump with Too many dummies on level / of BOM

Hello Experts,
We are facing issue while running CK11N for a material, which has more than 99 phantom items. And the error due Too many dummies on level / of BOM.
We found the SAP note 431085, however it is for only upto release 46C and not for our current release.
Is there any other note available.
Please explain.
