Change Result Screen KSU5 back to Basic List

Hi everybody,

as a beginner in SAP I hope you can help.

After some support-packages installed by our IT-Department I encounter a strange problem.

After executing Transaktion KSU5 I no longer see the result screen of the basic list

Like this one from a youtube tutorial.

I only get a Representation of programm / dynpro SAPLKGALD_NGA

I tried to look into every option I could find in bot GUIs but did not find anything.
