Change Option Logs - opening closing production systems

Good morning

The Transport execution analysis report in Solution manager currently show the System change option logs (normally section 4.4.2 Change Option Log ). This is the section that give information on the system change settings. EG Production system was opened to allow changed direct in the production environment.

I report on a monthly basis when production systems was opened/closed for changes.

Does anyone know where these change logs are being stored as I want to write a little report specific to be able to report on such system changes that did took place.

Currently I have to execute the whole transport execution analysis report to be able to get info on this matter. I am sure there is an easier method for me to report on change option logs of our production systems.

Found the change log

Table DBTABLOG, enter table T000, Execute, and the last logs will be shown

In table T000 I can see the last change of the client change options and who did do the change.

MTEXT Production
CHANGEUSER FF_BAS_SUPP1
CHANGEDATE 30.09.2016
LOGSYS SM3_800

However if there were 3 changes to the table in the last month, I need to see the details of all 3 changes and who did it and on what date. (I do not want to see only the last change)
