cgsadm error

I had to restart the wwi service in cgsadm and it was running fine for a  while . After some time the whole folder vanishes . Any idea how can I get the restablish again . This is so unusual situation where refreshing the server is removing the whole folder from cgsadm . has anyone encountered this issue so far ?

Hi Krishna,

If you do not see the "Folder" in CGSADM this means that the EHS Management Server is no longer connected to the SAP System.

This can have various reasons.

First check if the EHS Management Service itself is up and running on the Windows server where it was installed.

If this is the case please check the RFC Trace and Windows Log on the server and check if you can see any errors / warning coming from there.
