Hello @all,
we are facing the situation that the service for our WWI server and all report shipping orders get doubled in CG5Z.
As a result we are not able to run the order shipping process as the services are crashing down everytime we are trying to start an order in CVD1.
We start the services everytime new on the WWI server, then the RFC connection is working and in CG5Z both services show "up and running". When we start a report shipping order in CVD1 the order get stucked in status "bundled", no WINWORD service start on WWI server and the connection gets lost in CG5Z and SM59.
We are running a 4.7 with EA-APPL 110 SP24.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Christoph
Update 2011-05-24: we already tried every action on WWI server (total re-start, restart of services) and SAP system - does nobody has ever had the same experience before?

Hi Christopher,
we are facing the situation that the service for our WWI server and all report shipping orders get doubled in CG5Z.
Can you explain this a bit more:
Are you seeing two services / WWI Workprocesses (Job with ABAP Program RC1WWIWP) in CG5Z (and each of them have the same generation request) - but you only have set up one WWI Server?
Or do you see one services/ WWI Workprocess that for some odd reason gets two generation processes?
If it is the first scenario - please:
+ Check Cusomizing Activity "Specify Generation Servers" - there should only be one server / RFC destination maintained.
+ Check in SM37 if you have multiple Jobs in status released for ABAP RC1WWIWP
Hope this helps
Mark

Hi Mark,
we have set up only one WWI server with one service for this SAP system (= one RFC connection, one entry in customizing).
But when I start CG5Z I see two instances "SV002" and all report shipping orders gets doubled - one in each instance.
I checked SM37 and yes, there are two jobs running, both at the same time: one with a batch user and one with a staff user. Can this be it? Then I will delete the job set up by the staff user - do you agree?
Thank you for your support !!!
Best regards,
Christoph
