CG02: Create Report "with Languages from Generation Variant.

Hello,

how can I assign languages to Generation Variants so that when I want to create reports in CG02, all the assigned languages are pre-selected if I press the button "Select with languages"?

sorry. I forgot to list.. with higher release (not sure if you need to activate a Business functions) you have additional options in the system. PLease check online help

Adding to CB's reply. I had a similar requirement. I was asked to add multiple languages for Gen. Var output.

I added languages in SPRO -->Assign Language and Lead Time to Country.

this option is limited to "Safety Data Sheet" process and can not be used (in my opinion) for "Label" generation (and it seems to be that you would like to generate a "label").

The Pop Up you are showing is steered by a customizing option as part of the "Report Shipment process" (which is related to "Safety Data Sheet" process)).

You should use the existing "user exits" in CG02 (we have two of them). By using this "exit" option you can (by own ABAP routines etc.) getting your wished result. The use of these two "User Exits" in CG02 is 100% SAP Standard. You are totally free in you design here.
