cFolders notifications - confirmation receipt

Hi experts,

Iu2019m currently working in a cFolders implementation project. We set up the notification feature of cFolders. However, we could do with a confirmation of reception of these notifications in the destination email server. Is there any way to configure these notifications in order to demand a reception receipt confirmation from the destination email server?

Well we did something similar few years ago. we placed a very tiny 1x1 pixel image in the email, and execute Java Script on event ImageDisplay. as far as i remember we called an ASP code via the Java Script to update that email was opened by the intended recipient.
