cFolders meetings / Webex

Hi Experts,

I was wondering if cFolders meetings had all the features of webex. Is it necessary a Webex licence to work with this functionality? Is any further program needed to record meetings?

Would you recommend using webex independently of cFolders?

Hello Neil,

the 'Meetings' functionality in cFolders is based on the integration with WebEx, hence you have to integrate cFolders with WebEx correctly in order to use it. All the necessary steps are included in the configuration guide for cFolders, chapter 'Configuring the WebEx Meeting Service' and 'WebEx Meeting Center: General information'.

Depending on your cFolders release, you can find the guide for rel. 4.0 attached to SAP Note 973764 and for 4.5 under below link:
