Hi,

Is it possible to set an expiry to the collaborations or folders created in Cfolder so that after the given date/ period the folder/ collaboration becomes in active

No,

You cannot do this automatically..

For this you can use Status network...Something like..

CREATED > OPEN > EXPIRED.

You can change the status and EXPIRED STATUS will not have permission to others...

Hi Niranjan,

Creating a status won't suffice as again someone needs to change the status of the document/ folder, as it won't get set automatically.

Any method to set this automatically would really solve the problem.

Hi Abhishek,

In this case You need to write a report and execute the report in background daily...

The inputs could be cFolder collaboration GUID, closure date..

The program would check the dates and change the status..

No, there is no option to make Collaboration/Folders inactive, either you have to delete in manually or restrict access to people for the same.
