Cant unblock SA

Hello! I can't unblock an SA because "Order unit and order price unit must be unique".

I'm also unable to modify the order and price unit. When I try to modify them the boxes are still in blue instead of white.

Does anybody knows how can I modify them in order to unblock my SA?
