Cannot retrieve an employee in EHSH_D_PCP

Hi all,

I've done a brief consultation for an user via EHSBC02.

Now I want to call him again for another Protocol, assign him another one and open a Medical Service, but I have the following error message:

Is there any transaction to "close" the brief consultation? How can I schedule another Health Surveillance Protocol for him?

Hello Daniele,

The problem was caused by assigning a health surveillance protocol with protocol category 'CONS', brief consultation. This should not be possible because brief consultations are not planned.

You should implement note 1690471 which prevents creation of brief consultations in the planning cockpit.

For resolving the problem with the error messages for persons which has a brief consultation assigned in the planning cockpit, you can delete the entries in table T7EHS00_PERPROSC with protocoll category 003 (CONS).

Hi Camila,

so any time I assign a Brief Consultation to an employee, I must delete the correspondent entry in T7EHS00_PERPROSC if I want to call him in for a new Health Surveillance Protocol via EHSH_D_PCP?
