Hi All,

I am using EHP1 for NW 7.3 and SAP MII 14.0 deployed on that.

Recently I have configured SSO with ADS.

Before configuring that all my MII application components working fine. But When I configured LDAP, the /XMII/Menu.jsp page throws an exception error as attached.

Also when I tried to open /XMII/Workbench.jsp" it throws the "Cannot process an HTTP request to servlet [jsp] in [XMII] web application" error in the NW log.

I am not sure what is the issue is. When i tried to disable LDAP configuration, all the screens are working fine. I am not able to figure out what is the issue is. Since after configuring even my UME user cant access the page.

Please let me know how to proceed with?. All my MII patches are up to date.

Hi Prakash !! Which service pack did you go to ? We are on SAP MII 14.0 SP4 and still having the issue only when concurrent calls are made to the same destination via SAP MII.

HI Kiran,

This may be due to two reasons,

upgrade the sp of NW greater than sp4.I have done sp7.

check the permission of the user and give the required role.

Hi Prakash,

Thanks for the update. We are on SP10.

What permissions should the user have ?

We have the following roles:

SAP_XMII_User

SAP_XMII_DynamicQuery

SAP_XMII_User

UME Action :- tc~sec~destinations~service

Thanks,

Kiran

Hi Kiran,

I don't know where your getting the error. I got this error while configuring Sso . This been solved upgrading to sp7.

some times this occurs when we are accessing the page which don't have access to the user.

so assign the required role. Also try to reinstall the mii again.
