Hi,
Can anyone shed some light on this for me please? I'm trying to log onto Workbench and when the link is selected from the menu I get the file Workbench.jsp downloaded but first it tries to open the page http://<server>;:<port>/XMII/Workbench.jsp
I'm on Mac running Catalina, Java 8 Upate 241, Chrome latest update and also tried Safari.
Java was reinstalled and updated, Caches cleared.
Trying to open the Workbench.jsp just opens a text editor.
Any ideas?
Peter

Thanks Guys,
I'm on a Mac so IE isn't an option for me.
I found a solution which was change the .jsp extension to .jnlp and that worked.
Looking at Get Info on the file I can see that .jsp is associated to open with Text Edit but .jnlp is associated with Java Web Start. Unfortunately I couldn't find how to change the association for .jsp with Java Web Start as strangely it can't be found on my Mac...

If you had associated the jsp file types with Java (javaws), you will need to repoint it to the new version of Java. It is most likely still looking for the old version and failing at that point. I have had this happen to me several times, but not on a Mac, so it could be something else at fault.
Cheers, Mike
