regarding the first mentioned error message I would recommend you to check the dump stored in the backend system by using transaction ST22. Normally if such exceptions appear in EasyDMS there should be a dump created in the backend as well.
The second error message indicates that the folder document info record where you try to create this B2X document is not properly created as header document of a bill of documents (BoD). So to check this please get the properties of the folder document in EasyDMS and with this documentnumber and type go to transaction CV13 and try to display this document. If this is not BoD header then please go to transaction CV11 and use the same document info record data to make it a BoD header.
