Cannot create Document in SAP Easy Document Management

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why this error occurred when I try to create new folder or document from SAP Easy Document Management Initial screen.

Hi,

the error you receive means to be standard in EasyDMS because you have to navigate into public or private folder first. On this initial hierarchy level you cannot create an additional folder.

Dear Christoph,

I try to navigate into public or private folder but SAP cannot display any subfolder of them. So I right-click on the public folder and choose "Create Document/Folder". Still, I cannot create any. Here are the Screen shoot when I try to Save New Document/Folder:
