Can ME/MII be installed on S4HANA server?

We have S4HANA system and ME/MII. Can we embedd ME/MII with S4HANA? We don't want to install separate ME/MII on server. We want to embedded with S4HANA.

You will need a separate server for SAP ME. Please, refer to SAP Note 1409811 and the document(s) attached to it for SAP ME system landscape recommendations.
