Can I use SAPUI5 XML views in SAP MII Workbench ?
So if i developed a SAPUI5 mobile app in Eclipse using XML views and JS controllers, will I be able to deploy it to SAP MII.
also how can I deploy it from Eclipse ?

Yes you can do so but depends on the MII version you are working on. If 14.0, you should be readily able to do so.

For 12.2, you need somw configs. Check Dipankar's blog beloq for the same. He has finely explained the process.

Dipankar's using a js views not xml views, so if I have MII 14.0 will xml views work.
Check Dipankar's blog for configuration. XML view will work well with MII.
