Is it possible to have a project plan template in Collaborative Project Management?

Hello, 

As of today the SAP S/4HANA Cloud for projects doesn't offer such a functionality. Functionalities like 

• Project plan import from MS Project file
• Project plan import from external systems (SAP S/4HANA Cloud or others)
• Project plan synchronization between SAP S/4HANA Cloud for projects and SAP S/4HANA Cloud

are planned and at the moment in development. In addition to that it is planned to offer functionalities to copy project plans, which can be used to fulfill the requested template functionality.
