Hello Experts,
Does anyone know if a scheduled maintenance plan will automatically cancel or create a service request ticket if the registered product has been removed from the installation point?
Example: A maintenance plan is created for installation point AAA which has registered product serial #1234567. The registered product is then removed. What happens to the schedule?
Also, what happens when another registered product is installed to installation point AAA? Will this inherit the maintenance plan?
Request clarification before answering.
