Buisness partner generating issue

Hello,

We have an issue while creating BPu2019s from PERNR. The BP's get created with role 0000 "General" but the role BUP003 "Employee" is not generated.

We are using PFAL to update BP's but it still does not update the role employee for BP.

In addition, we tried to synchronize HR data from HR_SYNC_PERSON & HRALXSYNC but not able update data

Every time we have to do below steps.

we have to check- in the field "Central Block" in frame "Lock" of tab "Status" of the corresponding BP in role "Employee" (BUP003). then the distribution of the employee (PERNR) using the transaction PFAL for all periods and in UPDATE mode

still facing an issue

Please help on issue

Ravindra,

I suppose PFAL is used when HR system and RPM system are different and are connected via RFC.

When they are in same instance, which is perhaps your case, you would use u2018HR_SYNC_PERSONu2019 to replicate HR PERNR as BUPA (including in Employee role).

Since Deepak's suggestion did not help, do you want to review switches in tcode: oo_central_person. There look at PBPHR, among others.

Not too sure of your problem exactly... Let me presume something and give a try!! Let me know if this does not help...

Understand that you are running into issue converting central person into BP (employee).

As you mentioned already, run the program HR_SYNC_PERSON...

Select one CP to start with (to just see if this works)... Run the program and then check for status (errors/warnings, if any).

Click on the "Start Repair" button at the top right of the screen (the button with two squares with arrow on each)... And then check if the corresponding BP has been created in the system...

The BP is getting generated but BP as Empolyee role is not generated

I have checked l infotype which are mandatory but still facing an issue
