Budget assigning on WBS system status as CRTD.

In SAP PS

While creating WBS element i have my system status as CRTD.
And without changing the status from CRTD to REL.
I am able to allow budget to the wbs.

I have to restrict that
Means if the WBS system status is in CRTD. I dont want the budget to be assigned on CRTD.
Only REL.

Hi Varun,

Normally it would be the other way round, you do not want to Release WBS without a Budget Assigned as otherwise you can engage in non-controlled expenditures before the Budget is allocated.

If indeed you want to prevent certain business transactions in the CRTD status you can assign a default initial user status that controls the set of allowed actions.
