We found Usage Logging and SQLM application in deactivation status for housekeeping , can you please suggest on housekeeping settings?

Dear Customer,
The reason for the table /BI0/ASM_UPLDD00 containing a large number of entries is usually the fact that the Usage Logging Housekeeping Settings are inactive. Additionally insufficient retention periods can cause excess data growth in this table.
The table /BI0/ASM_UPLDD00 is an application table which represents the contents of the DataStore Object 0SM_UPLDD - this is where daily data, collected as part of usage logging, is stored. Daily data is then aggregated into further DSOs at different granularities (weekly, monthly and yearly) to support usage logging activities.
It is highly recommended to activate housekeeping for Usage Logging, and to configure retention periods, to enable the BW housekeeping job (E2E BI HOUSEKEEPING job) to delete excess data for each system daily. This prevents a build-up of unneeded data in the DSO.
The default retention period for daily data is 14 days, meaning that the housekeeping job will search for and delete any data older than 14 days from the DSO. Any value can be chosen for the retention period, based on your usage logging requirements.
To activate the Housekeeping Settings for Usage Logging, follow the steps below:
