Batch Status moved to Restricted but stocks is still in Unrestricted

Hi experts,

I would like to inquire on the possible reasons why a batch that is past the SLED, which the batch status is automatically placed into restricted by the background job,still has stocks in MMBE showing it as unrestricted.

Why is the stocks not moved into restricted?

The background job seems fine because it does its job correctly on other batches.
