Automatic creation of DIR once the document is uploaded & saved in cFolders

Hi Experts,

I want to know whether can we create a DIR in DMS when i upload a document in cFolders. Coz here i am using cFolders for actual collaboration. I can transfer the documents from cfolders to DMS DIR, but the prerequisite is that i should have a DIR in place first.

Whether this functionality can be addressed using standard or do we need to go for development. If it is development can you please explain me in detail??

Hi,

you need not have a DIR initially for transferring a document from C-folder to DMS, actually you can create a DIR directly while transferring a C-folder document to DMS,

it creates a DIR based on the document type you select,
