Automatic Assignment of Responsible Release Execution to Workflow Tasks

Hi All ,

I have requirement to add change responsible person as workflow task user in the process route and send notification to the my inbox app.
Can someone help here how to enhance the application.

There are always different persons responsible for the Release Management process
in order to execute the workflow tasks within the release process. As of now, a Team
called Placeholder was used which is needs to be  replaced with an SAP-User who is the actual agent of the Workflow Task. 

We have created Background Services can be defined for the Change Record, which can be added to the Workflow Templates and they will be automatically executed by the system.
