we have multiple transports created in charm however one of them had an import error and was imported again later authomatically with the charm but the correct sequence was not maintained as per the charm transport sequence .We realize that in order to preserve the proper object sequence, charm will take into account the other transports included in the same charm ticket and reimport each transport once again. somehow this is not happening . would you please let us know if there are certain configuration required to achieve this.

Dear Customer,
Kindly check below and has detailed information in the KBAs and wikis.
In the standard there is not option to change the import sequence, the Import Sequence is determined, by TMS rather than ChaRM, based on the Transport Request release sequence for the first target system of the consolidation route, then the import sequence in the follow-on system will depends on the import sequence on the previous target system.
Until SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP08, you could use the Status Dependent Import strategy provided by ChaRM to change the import sequence of the transport requests using the Change Document as unit.
2754398 - How to manage dependencies between Transport Requests when importing using ChaRM
Import of the TR is based on the sequence in which the TR is available in the import queue, and it is not dependent on when object is activated.
Kindly go through the KBA:
0002213705 - Mass Transport Strategy and Sequencing
2209623 - Transports out of sequence while importing via ChaRM
