Authorization for Specific Status in PPM Item and Decision Point

Hi

I need to build a Status specific role for the user where the access is based on the combination of

1) Portfolio, Bucket, Sub Bucket, Item Type, Item Status (Where authorization is only to change the status from A-B for particular Item in an Item Type)

2) Portfolio, Bucket, Sub Bucket, Item Type, Decision Point and Decision Point Status (Where authorization is only to change the status from X-Y for particular Decision Point in an Item in an Item Type)

Also, these Roles needs to be preassigned and not via ACL
