We want to limit who can see an incident at a location after it has been created.
Example - An incident is logged at a school by the headmaster, the incident manager is the H&S Supervisor for all schools.
The only people who should be allowed to see this incident are the central H&S team (which includes the supervisor mentioned above) and the headmaster at that school.
To facilitate this we tried populating the authorisation group on the location - but it seems this is only checked when the location is being displayed or edited - we need a check performed when incidents are being displayed.
Has anyone done anything similar?

Hi Alan,
You can restrict the incident display by using Plant ID / ORGUNIT_ID in the authorization object EHHSS_INC6 of the custom roles. You must maintain Plant ID / ORGUNIT_ID in the Location. Hope this will work in Incident display for the custom Incident Manager role, you have to create 2 different Incident Manager role based on the Plant ID / ORGUNIT_ID.
if this doesn't work you can try by control the Incident BO by using Authorization profile in Field control.
