Attachment to SAP EHSM Incident

i have this problem, in the popup the button "Browse.." is disappeared, so i can't select the file to attach.

Hi Nicola,

It might happen that the UR mime files for UI element are not deployed correctly. Can you run report WDG_MAINTAIN_UR_MIMES on affected system and check if deployed version is the same as the CLUR_NW7=>VERSION_PROPERTIES version?

Hi Nicola,

If you have that possibility, can you try with another browser and see if this UI element (file uploader) is rendered okay?

Also, can you try to run webdynpro application WDR_TEST_ALL_UI_ELEMENTS and check if the "FileUpload" element is displayed correctly there?

using a different browser it doesn't work,

as web dynpro application WDR_TEST_ALL_UI_ELEMENTS works.

how I can proceed?
