Assignment of Specification to Material

Hi All

Can any problem tell how the specification created is assigned to material.

Satish,

Go to CG02 (t-code) and select the create specification and then enter the details for specification (same as you create material and select the aw/semi/finished materials).

Once you click enter, after entering the spec detials, you will see material assignment tab, select material in it & save.

Dear Satish

only some kind of small "warning". IN context of "label generation" and "Dangerous goods management" sometimes you need to apply customer specifci methods to make sure that "specification material" link is "unique". Please check GLm and DG set up if needed.
