Assignment is getting deleted automatically in SAP MRS

Hi,

I have assigned a candidate and status is Hardbooked Accepted. I have terminated the resource and employment status in HRMM is 0-withdrawn. Even without execution of HR to MRS transfer program, the assignment is getting deleted.

Is there any settings or this is a standard behavior?

Can anyone provide HRMM to MRS transfer related document which helps to refer this kind of scenarios if any?
