HI Prabaharan,
For GLM, the assignment will be happened in Material Master.
1. In Label data tab (MM01/MM02), Pack unit of measure must be activated.
These unit of measures are configurable.
2. Select the label category (configurable)
3. Label size/ Generation variant must be entered (only one will be acceptable)
4. If Generation variant selected, it will check for the master data created in generation variant master data (CG2B)
5. If Label size selected, it will check for the labelstock created in CBGL_LS02.
6. both the cases those will be picked the suitable WWi report templates.
7. You can use the transaction CBGL_MP01, to view and print the labels.

Hi Prabaharan,
For GLM there is a Best Practice http://help.sap.com/saap/sap_bp/BBLibrary/HTML/991_ERP605_EN_US.htm follow the document.
Regards.
HI Prabaharan,
Probably you are missing the screen setup in material master.
check the config settings below.
SPRO > Logistics General > Material Master > Configuring the Material Master > Define structure of data screens of each screen sequence
Select the type of material and check for data screens.
Scrn 92 represents Label Data view.
Check with your MM consultant to set up the same.
Still you have difficulties, refer the below documentation.
SPRO > Environment, Health and Safety > Product Safety > Global Label Management > Setup label data entry in material master.

Hi Kamal,
Once again Thanks for your guidance.I referred SPRO and checked "Assign Screen Sequences to User/Material Type/Transaction/Industry Sector".In that i maintained an Entry for Screen sequence SP (Std Ind. Tabs for EH&S). Now i am able to get Label Data Tab in Material master.
Thanks
