In the node Assign Recipient for Error Handling in report shipping I have added a user but when report shipping orders are getting failed or went to Error status the user is not receiving any kind of emails.
Could you please let me know am i missing any customizaiton.
First question: Did you specify the correct Shipping reason, reason type, business process and error code?
Second question: Did you specify the correct name of the user (it must be the user name)?
Third question: Does this user have an e-mail address maintained in the system?
