Assign question list to Audit

Hi Team,

I want to assign Question list to Audit . searched thread codes gives me dump using the standard method

cl_plm_audit_quest_services=>assign_questionnaire_2_audit . can anyone share BAPI or method to assign question list to already created audit .

For Mobile App using RFC call we are creating EHS audit rather using standard Tcode .

Do you want to use EHS Audit? But you might know, there is PLM / QM Audit function in SAP already (t-Code PLMD_AUDIT)
