asking for user id and password in cFolders

Hi,

My Client Using SRM 7-PPS . Bidders are unable to open the cFolders, while opening the Tech RFx , system asking for user id and password .

User ID and Password not desirable....they want direct access with out user id and Pw .

please explain why it is asking for user id & Password.

iam attaching screen shots for you reference.

Please guide me how to resolve this issue...

Hi,

was cFolders set up correctly? Especially is SSO available to the bidders, or is cFolders implemented on the SRM server?

Are you able to access cFolders with your user and password?
