applying support patch on mii servre

Dear Experts ,

please help in my issue

some MII consultants are requested to upgrade support patch from 12.0.9.to 12.0.12

iam very new of this server so please let me how can i apply support patch and where can i down load this patch

here i checked in below patch

software donloads --> support packages and patches --> my companies application components --> my companies softwares

i ) is it correct path

ii) how can i apply this support patch ...means can i apply this through jspm in sap MII server or we have any other process

iii) how many files we need to down load to apply support patch

The A to Z index ( choose X ) is also an easy way to find the single SCA file download for 12.0 (OS independent). The current release is patch 1 for SP12 (https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1575714). From the SAP Note you can also use the download manager, but I believe the simplest is to get the SCA file directly and then deploy it with JSPM.
