Any correction program to update or refresh mfg and exp date in COA?

Hello,

do we have any correction program to update or refresh dates in COA?
as you can see from snips (one is COA print preview) and (SE16 - LIPS table) dates were correctly  maintained everywhere, but in COA print dates are coming incorrect.

 

Please suggest.

My guess is that there is something wrong in the coding in your form since also the date in the header section of your document shows 00.00.0000
