Analytical Reports error

Hi All,

I am facing an below issue, while opening the reports from 'Analytical Reports' tab under 'Health and Safety'.

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

See log file for details about this exception

Can anyone tell me, what is this error seems to be and how can I rectify it in order to view the reports.

Hello Rajesh

This error is due to non activation/ Implementation of BI Content

For generating Analytical reports you need to implement BI Configuration. Refer SAP Note: 1486885 for Content Implementation Information.
