Allocation one time a year

Hi Gurus,

I hope you are doing fond on this période. I’m requesting for you help on one of my client’s need: we would like to be able to run something like assessment cycle for Cost centre but one time a year , impacting the total amount of the sender cost center. Maybe there is another way to deal with this requirement ?
scenario : in March (N) I would like to distribute the total or partial amount (N-1) of a sender cost center to receivers cost center. The end game is to be able to see and correct the calculation and invoice the cost center receivers responsible
i do not want to run the assessment cycle each month because I have the SKF info only in March, for the full N-1 year.
please let me know if you need me to be clearer.
