All shifts for work center xxx and capacity yyy could not be found

Hi, I am facing an error on mondays. These are my shifts for workcenter

com.sap.xapps.oee.ejb.exception.OEELocalizedException: All shifts for work center 10000024 and capacity 10000016 could not be found; check log for detailsGET_SHIFT_FOR_WORKCENTER_AND_DATE_FAILED

[EXCEPTION]

com.sap.xapps.oee.ejb.exception.OEELocalizedException: Unable to get shift details for workcenter ID 10000024, capacity ID 10000016 and date Sun Jan 09 22:05:11 BRT 2022; check log for details

The shift seems ok.

This error disapear when the popup date/time change to next day.(monday)

Any idea?

Hi Federico,

From the attached error, it seems shift is not maintained for Sunday for the current dashboard time which is highlighted here. That's why you are not able to see any shift there in the shift header.
