Hi,
I have defined my userid as agent in BRF + table but my userid is not appearing as approver once the process route gets loaded in Engineering record for all status . How can we trouble shoot this and fix the issue .
The problem is in new system which is client copy of another system . In the source system I had defined in similar way and it was working fine .
I am new to Process route templates / BRF + objects so it will good if some give direction on how this can be resolved .
