ADS Printing Error from ITenantLicenseManager

Recently our production has started facing issues while attempting to print labels.

We are using SAP ME 15.4 in combination with the standard supported Adobe ADS printing solution. We have 2 identical (1 active 1 passive) clusters (for HA) on the same location, the issue appears only on one of these clusters and only sporadically (so I cannot reproduce it myself what could help the analysis.)

Both clusters are running the same Netweaver component and application versions. None of the clusters are fresh installed.

The issue appears and disappears sporadically, we are unable to reproduce it on a normally working system.

Has anyone encountered issues around the com.adobe.ads.tenantlicensing.ITenantLicenseManager?

Any Idea what I could ask our Basis team to check?

Hi!

The only suggestion is to collect defaultTrace logs with the full call stack of the error, and submit a support ticket against BC-SRV-FP component.
