Adding Custom tabbed component to Report Incident - Simplified screen

Hi,

I am trying to replicate a standard functionality in EHS Report Incident - Simplified screen.

I want to add some components to the screen which are controlled by button clicks, similar to the Injured person and Witness functionality.

The standard Injured person functonality is done by a tabbed component, which has the wire schema maintained.

I created a tabbed component similar to the standard one, and added custom form components to it and maintained the wired schema as seen in standard and added to EHHSS_INC_REC_QAF component via enhancement.

But In it is giving a dump, zero object reference in the method /BOFU/IF_FBI_CONNECTOR_BASE~NOTIFY_CHANGE_OBJECT.

This method is called as part of the connector class given in the wired schema.

May be I am missing some important steps over here, please help me to find out how to rectify this.

What can be the possible reason for this error?
