Hi,
I posted some costs on WBS using CATS and transfered the costs to cProject using the program, even system gave a message transfered successfully.
After that i tried to see the costs in cProjects dashboard, i am not seeing those costs any where.
could you let me know, where can i see the costs and what may be the reason actual costs not showing in the dashboard.

Hi Sudhir,
The costs is never transported to cProject system.
The evaluation assigned to the involved project profile, read the costs information from ERP system and display them. Therefore, please check the evaluation customizing.
Kind regards,

Hi
qn
1. How did you transfer the cost to cProjects using Program
Generally what you do is
1. Enter Time in CAT2
2. Run CAT7 to transfer Cost based on KP26 (activity planning) [logic Entered hours x KP26 rate]
3. go and check the accounting tab of cProjects
or as Neil said, run evaluation report
you transfer confirmatons (Time booked in CATS) to cProjects and not cost
Cost is always posted to Cost collector like IO or WBS ( in your case)
If you book actual cost to WBS directly by JV or tcode like: FB60 then also the cost in cProjects gets updated as the cost you see is not of cProjects but of Cost collector (WBS in this case) assigned to the Project
