how do i get actual costs and actual hours from PPM Project Management to financial view capacity View .

Does Confirmation of hours for a particular task gives the actual hours entered when we mapped to the capacity view.

Hi Gopi,

You need to run the program for transferring actual cost from your linked PS Project to PPM Item. You can set this as a batch job.

The program name is RPM_FICO_DATA_TRANSFER & /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING.

Once you have run these program, you can check the transferred values in Table RPM_FIDATA.
