Hello Team,
We rollup actual cost from SAP PS/Cproject to portfolio item. How actual cost handle at item level? does this cost move to FI if yes how?
In PS we do settlement to move cost to FI, how actual cost work in PPM?

Hi Lalita,
The actual cost or for that matter plan cost or budget which is moved upto the Item level is for reporting purposes only, you don't do any further action on it.
The settlement of actual will happen in ECC ( PS to FI/CO/AA) only.
