We recently enabled html text in the Notes assignment block on several ChaRM doc types. We created new html text types and a new html text determination procedure and assigned those to the transaction types and enabled the RTF feature. HTML now works as desired in the html-enabled Notes assignment block but, we also get all of the system-generated text there as well. We would like to remove the system-generated text from the Notes assignment block while leaving it in the Text Log. However, when we remove the system-generated text types from the text determination procedure, it removes those text types from both the Text Log as well as the Notes assignment block. Is there a way to disable system-generated text in the html-enabled Notes assignment block without removing the same from the Text Log?
