Dear All,
After creating Action in EHSM - Incident Management, work item is not coming into work overview list for Implementer or Responsible persons worklist. For Maintenance and other notification still configuration is not done but standard action should be notified to implementer.
Any guess....

Request clarification before answering.
Workflow WS00500005 for Action is not getting triggered.
For other notification
WS00500004
WS00500036 for PM
WS00500037 for CS
WS00500038 for QM
also workflow's are not getting triggered.
That's the reason not getting Action items into work overview list(Assumption).
Need to explore more.

Hi Bhuwan,
First I would check that the workflows are in fact being triggered - here you could use either the event trace (SWEL) or check the list of work items (SWI2_FREQ).
If no workflows are being triggered I would check that the event linkage and configuration within EHSM has been set up correctly (the Process Control Business Object - PCBO). You can use transaction EHFND_WFF_PRCDEF_LST and EHFND_WFF_SYSTEM_CHK to check your environment.
If workflows are being triggered and are not appearing in the work list you would then need to check the worklist configuration: SPRO -> Cross Application -> Process and Tools for Enterprise Applications -> Inbox -> Assign Task IDs to POWL types. This configuration should exist as standard if you are using the SAP standard workflows - however if you have created custom tasks you would need to add the entries for them to appear.

Hi Warren,
Thanks for your reply.
When I am creating an action, TRIGGER_REPLANNING(TS00800063) even of CL_EHFND_SCHEDULER_REPLANNER class is getting triggered but actually CL_EHHSS_PCO_INC_ACTION_STD event CREATED(WS00500005) should be triggered. Event linkage is also active for workflow tempplate WS00500005.
but when I checked SPRO -> Cross Application -> Process and Tools for Enterprise Applications -> Inbox -> Assign Task IDs to POWL types I don't find any entries.
Same time could you please share EHHSS_INBOX settings but I still doubt until WS00500005 workflow gets executed, INBOX SETTINGS May not work.

Hi Bhuwan,
The scheduler should trigger the action workflow - if you look at workflow trace you should see a second workflow being triggered - if not then there may be another linkage problem.
Here are some screenshots of the "second workflow" that should be triggered:
This would then show up in the POWL (Work Inbox of EHSM):
Hope this helps.
Regards Warren
PS> The config for the inbox settings only needs to be there if you have a custom task you would like added - see screenshot below of example:
Hi Bhuwan,
Do you see the second Workflow? The screenshot you shared is still the scheduling workflow, not the second one.
I suggest switching on the trace (trxn SWELS) and having a look at the logs - of course you could also use trxn SWI2_FREQ. This should indicate if there is an error in linkage or if there is no linkage configured.
I would also check the SLG1 logs (Check object EHFND_FW) as there may be an authorisation issue that you need to resolve.
Here is an example:

Hi Bhuwan,
Rescheduler Job is rescheduling another job after it has completed. If it is rescheduling another job then it has some issue, if it doesn't then job is performed well and Workflow item should have been received by user.
Please let us know if your scenario is similar to above.
Also check SLG1 as suggested by Warren, with the object 'EHFND_FW' and SubObject 'WF_SCHEDULER_ITEM'.
Let us know what error message you getting in SLG1 log?
Thanks,
Quantum.
Hi Quantum,
When I checked log in SLG1 with the object 'EHFND_FW' and SubObject 'WF_SCHEDULER_ITEM' after creating action, nothing log is coming.
whenever I am crating action, workflow for rescheduling job (TS00800063) is getting triggered. you mean to say there is some problem with WS00500005 thats why rescheduling task is getting triggered ?

Hi Bhuwan,
You should be able to see the log in SLG1 transaction once you triggered the Action item. Not sure why you are able to see them.
Make sure you are running with right dates and time when you are using SLG1.
Assuming you clicking on start process to trigger the Action. Once you click on Start Process you should also able to see WF items in SWi1 transaction.
Would you mind sending the screenshot of SWi1 to see what WF events are triggering when you strart the action?
Thanks,
Quantum.
Hi Sunil,
This should not be the issue as I am getting notification for all other process (like after reporting incident or starting investigation step).
Only when I am creating action against any incident, action notification is not coming into my work overview list. Now I doubt whether the action item goes to persons email id only or it comes to work overview also?
Regards
Bhuwan
