I am trying to update accident investigation.

I have configured the cause hierarchy.

I could select the causes in hierarchy. so far this is perfect.

If want to add any document or addtional text or description under each casue I am not finding any option.

are there any additional options in the system?

What is that business requirement which leads to assign document or additional text to each cause?

Normally whenever investigation is done for any incident / accident, a RCA document / Fish bone diagram is generated.

And as you must be aware that with ECC 6.0, ENHP3, you can attach documents / User defined texts for your incident / accident log entries which is linked to SAP-DMS.

Secondly, for any cause, if it leads to some change, you can create a link to safety measure and subsequently a PM notification can also be generated from that safety measure.

requiremet is the accident has happend on cerain floor(say fire)

investigation is as follows

1 reported to legal authority on some day

2. the causes may be 5

under 5 I would like attached documents for future reference either could pdf or word

when I update the records of any person (edit medical services) I dont find any next review or due for particaur person.

I the doctors or an OHS person wants to see this person again in the future where can one enter the dates.

what is report one should use to see the people who are due for any medical check by sub cateories

Hello,

To see a person again for medical service can be done througt assigning Protocol again.

If you have already opened a medical service for a person, this person is not included in the protocols displayed the next time you call the selection list. When the medical service has been closed (status: Service closed), the next health surveillance protocol that is due is displayed in the selection list again.

Request you to see SAP help on topics Determination of Persons for a Medical Service and Scheduling in OHS.

There are various reports available in SAP Menu under Scheduling and Health Surveillance Protocols, under OHS node, but tthe one which you will be interested is :

S_SH8_72000002 - List Persons for Health Surveillance Protocols

-For the accident:

You can record information only either in DMS or in the "Investigation result" field (for all the cause investigation)

-For the OH issue:

Try these focus; use Services for Medical Protocols, test, diagnose and restrictions. Assign treatments and following action in the First aid Log. You can link both objects for full functionality, and being traced.

I am sure you must have tried all the options of protocols and medical services options .

As long as we are dealing with few people 10 or 20 anything can be done using these two options.

I created a protocol and assinged to a person.

when you run the report it shows protocols person. you can see this in report.

this is perfect and we can use the same analogy for n number of people.

comes next you want act on the protocal. open a medical service.

you can see all the questionare assigned in the protocols, examinations etc.

in the medical service you have option to set next examination due and some other options

the question is how can we report the next examination due dates?

another strange thing i notices in the system there a bug in the system when you run the report for protocols persons.

the system is not taking anything into consideration. is selecting all the data in the system instead of selected dates

As far as my knowledge goes, to report next examination due date can be done by running the report : S_SH8_72000002 - List Persons for Health Surveillance Protocols.

Regarding the system not taking anything into consideration, when running the report for persons assigned to the protocols, when you enter the dates in selection criteria, those are the dates for checking the validity of a person. You can restrict the search by giving some different selection critera like category of Protocol etc.
