Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible.

Hi,

I am unable to open Portfolio from Portfolio and Project Administration. It is throwing error of " Access using a 'Zero' object reference is not possible."

I checked all the services which are up and running.

Kindly advice.

Dear Shiva,

the dump occurs due to missing customizing. You can use transaction /rpm/cust_copy to copy the customizing tables from the delivery client. (see SAP Note 1406591)

Previously, I copied all the customizing tables except /RPM/DASHBOARD. It worked for me after copying the left one.
